Needed a plumber @5pm on a Saturday. Sewage back up at one of my rental properties. Bucci called me back within 15 minutes of my call. It was all taken care of within 2 hours. Btw… the other 6 plumbers I called with 24 hour service, I am still waiting for a call back. Thank you Bucci for your quick response!!

I have used Bucci & Son plumbing for years. Their quality of work is always excellent. They've gone out of their way to help me out in a pinch more than once -- leaking shower fixtures, toilets, sinks, ... We've also turned to them put in new furnaces / AC units. I can't say I've shopped around for other plumbers since I found this group, so I can't compare them. Why would I switch when I'm able to depend on their responsiveness and quality?

Had a clogged service line problem that no one could figure out. I called about 3:30 in the afternoon. Bob answered the phone right away, and sent his guys out the very next morning first thing. No delays, none of that "We'll be there between 9 a.m. and next year" business. Prompt and professional.

Ignorant employees who drive around downtown in a Toyota Tundra flipping people off in the morning. Pretty unprofessional
